Track Order

Once your AquaSwivel order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to follow your package every step of the way.

Orders ship within 24-48 hours of purchase and typically arrive within 11-14 business days in the United States. If it's been longer than that and you haven't received your tracking update, or your tracking link isn't showing movement, contact us and we'll look into it right away.
